The sad ending of Salman Khan and Aishwarya’s love affair has not yet been forgotten by people even after so many years. The ex-lovers too have sore wounds to heal, it seems, as the two could not hide their uneasiness when they bumped into one another while they were shooting at Mehboob Studios, Bandra for their respective films. Ash was there shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’, where as Salman Khan was at Mehboob shooting a promo for his movie ‘Veer’.
As per the reports, as Salman got off from his car and marched ahead talking on his mobile, at the same time Ash stepped out of a studio and walked towards her van. As their paths crossed, and the two actors noticed each other, they did stop for a moment, looked into each other’s eyes and then immediately turned the other way.
While, Aishwarya went into her van, Salman’s uneasiness was quite obvious. Post the incident, Salman wasn’t too keen to shoot, but did so anyway, and didn’t speak too much.
It is an exceptional honor for any filmmaker to get a lifetime opportunity to shoot his flick in Buckingham Palace, the official London residence of British Monarch. And this honor has been conferred to Anil Sharma and Salman Khan who shot their forthcoming ‘Veer’ in the premises of this sacred ground for British royalty.
Sources say that the stills shot within the royal palace look surreal. The setting of the palace gave a larger than life feel to the this Eros International and Vijay Galani’s production; any other location would just not have done justice to the script. 3 months prior permission was taken to shoot within the royal palace.
The permission received was an exception to the fact that the British generally do not allow any commercial activity to take place within the royal Palace.
They claim to be a couple for five years but a sword of confusion always hangs over their relationship.
Whenever, they speak about their personal relationship, they sound very dull.
It is very often reported that the couple has been broken up but Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif never went public about their relationship.
Salman even has objection regarding various issues of Katrina. He is not happy when Katrina wears revealing clothes or acts opposite his rival.
Salman’s characteristic feature is his strange accent. He is always seen talking in a strange accent, which he flaunted to the fullest on his game show Dus Ka Dum.
However Salman is all set to say goodbye to his accent, for his upcoming flick Dabang, where he plays a North Indian cop.
Brother Sohail says, Salman plays a corrupt police officer based in the North who loves to mouth loud dialogues in northern accent. For the first time he will play a negative role. He has never played such a role before.”
Designer Ashley Rebello, will be designing Salman’s clothes for Dabang, she says,“Salman will sport an altogether different look in ‘Dabang’. He plays a cop but is dressed in civilian clothing most of the time. Salman is clad in simple clothes throughout the film. Trousers, shirts and no much of body or bicep show from the superstar. He won’t look fashionable as he always does. It’s nowhere close to ‘Wanted’ or even ‘Garv’. Arbaaz, on the contrary, will sport Indian kurtas, while Sonakshi Sinha will wear Indian saris, ghagra- cholis and a lot of Indian outfits.”
Salman Khan has found a new way to promote his dream flick Veer,by blogging exclusively about it.
Salman Khan on his Veer blog writes, I am very excited about the release of Veer on January 22, 2010. I have lived with Veer for 20 years and want you guys to live the movie with me through this blog. Veer can be called my most awaited film till date.
